The program runs on the shop's computer without internet, with a lifetime license. The online edition is a monthly or yearly subscription: you manage all your branches from anywhere, install it on Android and iPhone as an app, and your data is backed up every night to a separate server. You can move your data from the program to the online edition with the backup file.

You pick items from your inventory and add photos, and the price is calculated automatically from today's gold price + making charge. The customer creates an account and orders, and the item is reserved in inventory. Once you deliver, the order becomes a real sales invoice in one click. Every shop gets its own link and can connect its own domain.

Cash on delivery or at the branch, manual transfer (InstaPay and Vodafone Cash), and payment gateways: Paymob, Kashier and Fawry in Egypt; MyFatoorah, PayTabs, Tap and Moyasar in the Gulf; and PayPal in USD at the day's rate. The money goes straight to the merchant's account.

General accounting software is not built for gold. Goldfay works in grams and karats, calculates making charges, hallmark fees and VAT, separates gold price profit from making profit, and tracks inventory in 21K equivalent — exactly what a gold or jewelry shop needs.

Yes. Choose your shop's country in Settings and the currency changes and the right tax is suggested. The program includes the currencies of all Arab countries, the US dollar and the euro, and you can add any currency. For Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, gold prices are fetched online in your currency with one click; in other countries you enter prices manually. Payment from abroad is available via PayPal.

Yes, in both the desktop program and the online edition. Saudi Arabia: ZATCA Fatoora phase 2 integration — device onboarding with an OTP, digital signing, a QR code on the invoice, reporting of simplified invoices and clearance of standard ones. Egypt: e-receipts for individuals, and company e-invoices signed with the USB token from the desktop program. You stay in control: all invoices or only selected ones, a separate tax numbering series with its own prefix, and voiding issues a credit note automatically.

Yes. The whole program works in Arabic or English — screens, invoices and reports — and you switch the language from Settings or the login screen.

The program follows the Sharia-compliant method: you buy the customer's old gold with a purchase invoice and pay its full price, then make a separate sales invoice in which they pay for the new piece — and the program opens the sales invoice for the same customer automatically after the purchase.

No. The program runs entirely on your computer; the internet is only needed for activation and periodic checks (it works up to 30 days offline), and for online price updates if you want them.

Yes — 14 days with every feature, no limits and no credit card. When you buy, the same copy is activated with your key and all your data stays as it is.

With PayPal the key appears in your account right after payment. With Vodafone Cash or InstaPay you enter the number you transferred from, and the key appears after the payment is reviewed (usually within working hours) — uploading the transfer screenshot makes the review faster.

Yes. Deactivate it on the old computer from inside the program, then activate it on the new one — or contact us and we will unlink it for you.

Your data is stored on your computer only, with automatic backups you can copy to a USB drive or a Google Drive folder, and every action is logged under the user's name.
